operates a national call centre based at our head office in
Homebush Bay, NSW. The call centre provides immediate level
one Technical Support. The call centre comprises fifteen
staff offering phone support to clients covering such topics
as hardware support, software and application support as well
as "just in time" training.
The centre can initiate warranty service whether that is on-site
from our dedicated field service personnel or a return to
base service at one of our centrally located national repair
facilities. The technicians are conversant across multiple
IT platforms and technologies as well as all mainstream operating
systems and applications. They are also well versed in areas
of telephone manner and customer relations. Our telephone
system enables us to queue, monitor and report on a wide range
