How much does the service cost? How can this be structured?

We generally get asked to provide a fixed cost for the service so that this can be added to the hardware price and budgeted for as a whole.

As an example, for a service on site that takes an hour per unit our charge would be in the region of $120 for the first hour and then $80 for each subsequent hour.

Factors that could affect this price include:

The volume of installs
The time of day or night when the installs need to take place
The number of installs per site
The skill level required
The location of the installations - metro, regional or remote
Logistics requirements
If the time on-site is less than 1 hour then the prices would be significantly reduced

This price per unit generally includes:

Project management and day-to-day co-ordination
The initial costs for documenting the process, the scope of work and the project schedule
Development of a project and customer customised i-Track system.
