Project refresh based on lease expiry or customer timetable/ hardware specification
We can base a project around a number of customer-centric events such a equipment lease expiry dates or refresh to a particular spec. Once we understand the driving event we will work in partnership with the customer to develop a project schedule that will consist of tasks, sub-tasks, ownership and dependencies. This will provide the framework for the project schedule and provide a tool that is the basis for formal project reviews. To ensure a consistent and quality service is delivered we compile a comprehensive scope of work. This is used throughout the Acer organisation and with our nationwide authorised service providers to provide education and information regarding the process.
